Said it a long long time ago in this thread, maybe two or three CEO's ago; "This place has no leadership, no Balls, and sucks! Since 2004 Meltdown, Comair blew into the wind and has reaked of Cr@p since. The latest news should be of no surprize as CRJ has mentioned but we are humans and personally have had enough. Believe me I will contribute to the BS and direct it right back at Comair. Captains, lets play a game shall we... What the he^^ do we have to lose...As someone in management just just told me over the phone, literally minutes ago, they should just shut the lights and close this place down. The two I feel bad for is Forecasting, those guys have to be postal right now.

I've been saying the same thing. Let's just park all the airplanes and be done with it! And Comair, you can stick your no APU, PPAS, on-time departures you know where...

I hear ya. Next three hour BS sit we have, apu is running to keep crew comfy and from fatiguing. By end of trip, that beeacth will be glowing. 12 years in this industry and three airlines, NEVER have I seen such BullS!t mind games and/or lack of leadership and structure. Unbelievable! Again, I just have to sit back and laugh.

I just mailed Comair HQ the book "The Southwest Airlines Way", maybe they can learn a thing or two. The book shows exactly what CMR needs to do!
  • Lead with credibility and caring
  • Invest in front line leaders (Ain't that the truth!)
  • Hire and train for relational competence
  • Use conflicts to build relationships
  • Make unions its partners, not its adversaries (Yes Comair!)
  • Build relationships with its suppliers

Ol Johnny came down to eat in the cafe today. He actualy sat down there and ate. Of course he ate by himself and everyone sat well far enough away like he had leprocy or something. He didn't look to happy today as he normally does when he comes out of hiding.

Bet he won't be eating there tomorrow!

Latest rumor I've heard is that "Ol Johnny" bought a house in Florida. Apparently Mrs. S. does not enjoy living in the Cinci/Northern Kentucky area. Question is, is this a seasonal residence or a potential permanent residence?

Good Ol JS is most likely not in a good mood because there is another shoe to drop. Seriously folks, even if they come out with another anouncement, wait for the proof, both good and bad. We haven't downgraded anyone yet and we haven't put anyone on the street yet.

So who is going to be our new Treasurer?

Did you guys see the whole breakdown of ALPA national and their loss of $$ due to the airways departure? It would seem to me that without airways in the picture, ALPA's expenses should be lower.
