Makes sense, but I'll wait 'til I see it, as all other things go.

I have talked to a number of guys that have degrees and/or experience doing other things and are saying that they will give it 6 months at max and then they are out of here. Just curious as to what your thoughts are.

Clearly speculation has already set in with IKE and there are gas stations charging 5.49 a gallon in Orlando near Disney.

Not that I believe everything the company says, but that Delta memo praising the VAgio states that he intends to reduce the operational costs yet by another 15 mil annually. I don't see how that is possible.
im not waiting for anything sent my app into a few companies already.

Off topic but does anyone know what happened with that F16 at CVG yesterday? There was a bunch of fire trucks and it looked like it was stuck on 18R.

I work here right now. Motivated students and decent pay for flight instruction. PM me if you would like more info.

Gas is always amazingly high there. I don't think it had anything to do with the hurricane. It was around the same price in January.

I had an ex F16 guy in the jumpseat and he said they might have used their "EPU" (not sure what it stands for), but it basically supplies them temporary power in an emergency. Kind of like a time limited APU. It runs on Hydrazine which he said is super hazardous material. If deployed, they had to wait all day for a hazmat team (maybe military) to get there to secure the aircraft. I saw guys out there in blue suits, so his story may be accurate.

It was 18C by the way.

I noticed an F-16 at the FBO yesterday, but I just figured it was a cross-country stop for some Skyline. Of course Skyline, or EPU and their a**es were still on fire.
