They just asked me which base I preferred. I told them ATL and ORD because there are direct flights to those airports a couple times a day from MOB. ATL and ORD are only S5 bases, so that's what they gave me.

Did you make hotel reservations for two nights or were you done early enough with the interview to go home that day? If you only got one night what did you do with your stuff while you were at the interview?

Generally, the interview groups are 5-7 people. They were very aware of the time and got us all out before the 1pm shuttle to the airport.

So did you just take all your stuff to the interview with you or can you leave it somewhere?

I left my stuff at the hotel as it is literally within walking distance of corporate. Walked back, changed, grab my stuuf, walked back to corporate and grabbed the shuttle.

I've looked through the gouges and was just wondering if they ask you all the V1 and V2 questions if you have never flown a turbine airplane before.

I didn't get asked any technical questions so I would say no...but opinions may vary.

No tech questions for me either, other than calculating a VDP if not already published. He asked me what multi aircraft I was most current with. I told him the Citation Encore. His look told me he had no question to ask me (about the aircraft) that he would know the answer to. I was asked what the MGW was, and that was as tech as it got.

If they fly you to the interview its space available right? So has anyone had trouble finding a flight that isn't full? Does it have to be on a Republic Airways flight or will it work with with any carrier? I just don't want to get stuck without a flight.
