So what's happening at Mesa, it's been quiet lately...

I'll sum it up for you. A bunch of really good guys (the pilot group) is still getting screwed by the antichrist/present day Lorenzo of the industry (J.O.). Lawsuits still pending, and still losing flying.

I thought we looked down on people who bring down the industry

You mean like RJ pilots flying mainline routes?
You can spin that argument many ways...

Mesa, GoJet, etc? You forgot a couple:

Amercian Eagle
ASA
Comair
XJet
Republic
Skywest
Air Wisconsin
Cape Air
Colgan Air
CommutAir
Compass
Era
Great Lakes
Gulfstream
Horizon Air
Island Air
Lynx Air
Lynx Aviation
Mesaba
PenAir
Piedmont
Pinnacle
PSA
Skyway
Trans States

If you're going to link Mesa and GoJets (they both fly CRJ's for United, that's about ALL they have in common), then you might as well throw EVERY regional in there. How are the Mesa pilots any more "selfish" than the rest of the regionals?

They're not, it's just cool for new guys to jump on the bandwagon. He's only been on the line about a year...

Have you ever heard of alter-ego companies? And what fantastic outfit do you work for? There's a difference between day and night between gojets (a contract workforce/alter ego) and the rest of the industry. Please grow a brain, get educated.

If you're trying to make the argument that regionals are stealing jobs from mainline, I suggest you point the finger at all the pilots working at the majors in the 90's...their ego got in the way of flying "those little jets"! That being said I do agree all flying should be restore to mainline.

But please, do not compare gojets to real airlines.

45 minutes would be a quick turn at JFK.

Gates 23/25 are a big horseshoe affair with about 20 RJ parking spots. We saw 14 ERJs come and go in about an hour from 10 or so of those gates. If Mesa only flies 10 ERJs for Delta then at least 4 of them returned to their gates for whatever reasons.
