How long is a little bit you think? I'm probably within 5-6 months of upgrade at my current outfit.

Hard to say, I'd think we would start upgrading the bypassed guys by the fall. New bid is out, will see in a week or so. It's going to be 4-6 months before your done with training anyway the way our training gets dragged out.

With the Dash's going away, and not too many 145's on property, upgrade should really slow down. The "wave" of fast upgrades are over.
At this point, figure 2 years, which is just about what every other company has as well.

For a guy who has no clue about what's going on at Piedmont, you sure do a good job of showing everyone that you have no clue about what's going on at Piedmont.
Doubtful. Now that the super power that is the ERJ training department has been pumping out pilots more streamline, the company is talking with AA to possibly turn 1-2 jets a month to 3 jets a month. Also since the ERJ-140 is not a scope issue we can continue to grow the airline another 200+ pilots. Mgmt has said their crew planning model to include flow/attrition around 100 pilots a year. Thats a bunch of growth/movement.
