For a guy who has no clue about what's going on at Piedmont, you sure do a good job of showing everyone that you have no clue about what's going on at Piedmont.

Doubtful. Now that the super power that is the ERJ training department has been pumping out pilots more streamline, the company is talking with AA to possibly turn 1-2 jets a month to 3 jets a month. Also since the ERJ-140 is not a scope issue we can continue to grow the airline another 200+ pilots. Mgmt has said their crew planning model to include flow/attrition around 100 pilots a year. Thats a bunch of growth/movement.

E140s are included in the total RJ count scope limit since they are turbojets and not turboprops. Doesn't matter that they only seat 44.

Also heard that AA is pushing us to take 3 jets a month, but all 145s and in 2018. Get your apps in, this summer will be the sweet spot for new hires, I think.

Score isn't going to matter next year when they will be forced to make us all mainline pilots with seniority numbers.

What's going to "force" them to do that? Hiring seems to be going quite well for now...
