I got fed up with being confused about this and called payroll. The 3% raise on the 17th is the contractual raise on the 16th. Doesn't make sense to me but I guess that is the airline industry for ya.

So again, no to the contractual pay raise AND 3%...what it says in the contract is what we get on 5/16

I dont see how the MEC is calling it a snapback then. It sounds like a contractual annual pay raise to me.

Yeah and if you look at your pay reports on the website it already has the $1.55 per diem increase.

The snapback is a considered a snapback because it's the end of concessionary rates. The yearly pay increase does not normally occur in the amendable year, so the increase listed in the contract is the expiration of the concessionary rates. I know it's a bit confusing from the looks of the contract, but 3% it is.

You're probably not going to see a list of items given to management until at least a little farther along in the negotiating process.

Question for the LGA guys, how easy is it to get from the airways terminal over to the delta terminal?

You can easily walk to Delta terminal, just make a left turn once you leave the US Air Terminal...about 5-10min walk.
