JK is still director of training but he and MM will have their hands full with all the 145 program development, so they brought in MK (who is already regional chief pilot) to run the Dash 8 program for the time being. That's what I get from reading that memo anyways.

My long term prediction is PDT will merge or fail to exist. When you have a company trading one old worn out plane for another is not a move in the right direction esp with the 145 or 200.

IMO JP is a great and fair guy unless you're not prepared or show no or little effort in the training.

As for the training, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone there. Just study (even after initial) and be humble and open to improvement, and it is really a non-issue.

Perhaps we will merge at some point, but your logic with the aircraft is not correct. Clearly you have no understading of the process for adding jet aircraft to an operating certificate. The FAA has to approve of the operational scope and transition, and the 145 is within that scope, for now.
As for the training, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone there. Just study (even after initial) and be humble and open to improvement, and it is really a non-issue.
