Look for American to expand there Group 1 orders. I see the C-Series as one of the planes or the 195's.

In another thread, someone mentioned "a retention bonus in the works" at PDT. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Not sure how it will work but probably if you for each year you stay you get lump sum payments. Probably an Endeavor type deal.

Looks like a PHL/DCA for bases.
AWAC took the extension, meaning usairways/as had no choice. When you give millions of dollars to a company in bankruptcy you can get a lot of things out of the deal. Of course AWAC wanted to sign something long term, but why sign one someone expensive and you cannot control versus when you can just beat down the ones you own?

And who did AWAC have waiting to fly for??? Delta?? That didn't happen did it???
Both parties win! AWAC has time to find a partner while giving AAG time to ramp up PDT to take over.
Win win for both parties.
