It will be your turn soon. Keep your head in POH ch 7 and 9 and the Non-Normal Checklist, Flows, etc.. Life will be much easier if you do!

These are approximate. Base: Junior CA line / Junior CA BUP

MDT: Apr 2008 / Mar 2012
SBY: Dec 2007 / May 2008
PHL D8: Oct 2007 / Nov 2007
ROA: Apr 2011 / Jun 2011

PHL 145: ??, but probably around early/mid-90s timeframe.

Ok there are so many variables right now. Flows, Jet Transition, Upgrades. Here is my best guess, and it's a WAG for sure:

SBY - Build up immediately, line in 3-4 months.

ROA- Build up in 3 months, hard line in 8.

MDT- Build up in 3 months, hard line in 8.

PHL - Build up in 2 months, line in 6.

It is falling every month and the jet will have a huge impact as we put more of the ship numbers online.

I wouldn't say that. We are going to almost double in size by their s time next year.. Everything is going to go very quickly.. On the FO side I'm already in the top 30percent and I'm still in my first year.

We are losing many caps due to flow and retirements.. Lots of retirements.. Movement is rapid.

I have been at Piedmont for about 6 months and can say it's a blast. I rode the jumpseat on a 175 the other day, wow how boring was that! The dash, you get fly and will make you better pilot for you and your passengers in the long run. Piedmont may have it's up and downs but boys and girls get ready for a wild ride here in the near future, good things to come.
