When you say military school do you mean OTS or UPT? Or are you in a non-pilot career field?

They could be waiting until you get closer to finishing training until they bring you in for any type of interview.

I'm a reservist, and every time I've called the company re: mil stuff they've been helpful and accommodating.
Don't feel like you're at a dead end; I'm sure they'd still want to talk to you. Keep reaching out, you'll get a response.

2 guys in my class had to take leave in training for military activities and they had no issues from what I'm aware of.

This call is cringe worthy, if you get displaced from dash captain and only have the seniority for embraer fo, guess what you are gonna be...

I am a C12 pilot, but I am in WOSSE (CW5) course, a non flying school. I will return before Thanksgiving. BTW I finally received an email from the recruiter this evening about a telephone interview on Friday.

So a thanks but no thanks letter right off the bat with no interview? What could the reason be?

Had been given the chance to interview back in March but cldnt make it due to some personal issues at home, reapplied and got rejection..

If you had an interview scheduled and didn't show up, they take offense to that.

told them i was not able to make it, wanted to persue it at a later date which wasnt until now

How much notice did you give them that you would not show for the interview?

Are you saying that if you go to PDT for the quick upgrade, you will be a dash CA for a few months, and then displaced back to a 145 FO once the Dash's go away?

That doesn't sound too bad. Do you know someone who works here? I've known guys who've had someone vouch for them to the CP's and that nets them an interview.
