Some wonder what happens then since I should upgrade before end of year and started in May of this year. Do I just get 7500 or get some of the fo bonus as well?

If I were a new hire at PDT, I would be concerned about the fact that I would not flow for 15 years unless growth occurs (which it will not), and the airplanes that PDT flies will not be around more than 10 years. 50 seat jets only have a life span of a few more years.

Growth can only occur if there are pilots to support it. PDT will be replacing the Dash with 145's, and is continuing to struggle to do so. It is unlikely that there will be enough pilots to actually increase the overall fleet numbers at PDT. That will mean no increased flow numbers.
Its funny cause you really have no idea *** youre talking about. You don't know the future. You certainly cant predict what will happen here or wherever the heck you are. PDT is doing just fine.

That's funny. When was PSA's flow stopped? Tell me about it. I can tell you people that have flowed each month. We will flow exactly what we are supposed to this year.

If you really want to think along those terms, AAG and WO management could stop ANY of the flows from the WOs at ANY time they choose. Contractual or not. And they'll just say, "too bad, grieve it". And then we would all go to court, arbitration, etc... All the get a class date 10+ years from now and a few thousand in a compensatory "no hard feelings" offer.
I wasn't implying that PSA's flow would be stopped, someone else said that. And i agree, it is far fetched, but i know a PSA Captain who received a final warning for a totally BS reason whereas had he been at PDT his flow status would have continued when the disciplinary investigation had concluded. Too think this will happen in mass is absurd, i was simply pointing out that there are different conditions in our flow agreements and Piedmont's seems more secure.

Except after your disciplinary hearing concludes, your flow status resumes at Piedmont (unless of course it concludes in termination, in which case you have bigger problems)

You need to relax dude. This isnt an attack on PSA or it's pilots. Just shining light on an unlikely, but still important difference.

If you have that many disciplinary issues at the regional, there is no way that you will make it out of training at mainline. They won't let it happen. You will never make it off of probation.

That's kind of how I was interpreting it. So I'll just get 7500 as I "shouldn't" be an fo once my 1 year hits.
