The truth is the training at Gulfstream is inferior to just about every flight school out there. The actual airline has not had a crash yet, but the flight school had plenty before it was shut down. The company has no integrity. It was raised on the foundations of no-integrity when it was started by that Eastern scab. The pilots that come from Gulfstream, including you, are a disgrace to hard-working pilots everywhere. Go back to your CRJ at Pinnacle with no work rules and enjoy paying back your loan to that scumbag operation. Moron.

Im glad to know that your experiance training outside of GIA has made you such a PROFESSIONAL....
you kinda sound like a 3 year old stomping off in a fit because he didnt get his way

So is the Colgan one, but it doesn't seem to stop the speculation.

And well...he was acting as an instructor with no experience. He was babysitting a sick FO who didnt have any real experience in one of the most sophisticated airplanes out there. The only problem is...he didnt have the instructor experience and he was just talking with her about BS.

And what about the FO and her 1600TT she was a CFI before she went to Colgan, you seem to convieniently miss that point. They both made mistakes, that we can learn from, and I dont think their initial training was the issue, one was GIA and one was a CFI, BUT THEY BOTH WERE COLGAN trained in the Q....these are the facts and you are free to take what you will from them, but I submit that instead of using this as an excuse to bash GIA, why not see what WE ALL can learn from this tragedy...so that as an industry we do not face a repeat....CRM and sterile cockpit are their for a reason, and back to initial training for all of us, anyone remember the IMSAFE checklist, or does anyone even use it anymore????

I submit that there was one link in this chain for every letter in the IMSAFE checklist

my B, I was just mad at all the people who take international flights out of ATL and pretty much pack everything they own into their luggage.....man a lot of those bags need a forklift!! Too be fair I think GIA did have a primary school awhile back.

Investigation is still ongoing in the Colgan crash as well, however most of us have come down to the conclusion, as aviation professionals, that flight crew error was a major contributing factor.
At this point, that's not speculation based upon CVR and FDR data.

D@mn right I hate GIA! "Jealousy"? As in jealous of people that undermine our profession by buying a job? Not hardly.

G7-POT MEET KETTLE, only ok if YOU do it to get ahead huh???

Heres a tidbit, Im a furloughed 3M guy with the self respect not to jump to your shiny jet:rolleyes:

you believe I Bought it, I believe you Stole it......potato--patato
Actually I am just saying those who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones

LET ME CLARIFY, I really dont agree or disagree with either side on the G7/TSA debacle other than I didnt go there because I felt the company was in too much turmoil. I am simply proving a point that everyone has someone who dislikes them in this industry, when they dont even really have a real perspective, they go by what they heard. But I find it amusing that a G7 person would be slinging mud at another pilot group without knowing the facts, especially one like "ZAPATA" who is known to blast others for not knowing all the facts as "he" sees them about G7. We Now Return You to your Reguarly scheduled clam bake....
