It is the matter of perspective.......what some think as stuck, is considered luck by a lot...

A lot of folks would love to be in that STUCK in SJU on ATR situation, if given a chance.

Little of both...mostly SJU. Flying's pretty nice though. ATR's brutal in the heat.

my buddy just started down there, he loves it, came from lakes to eagle and got 'stuck' with sju atr, but he loves it, though he is going to mia soon, but I dont feel bad for the guy, hes only 22!

Exactly, It depends on the person. If they are able and willing, then they may see it differently. If you are going off of what someone else said, you should consider the circumstances that are affecting their viewpoint. (having a family or other relatives that they want to live near or not being able to move to san juan for whatever reason)
