Not really significant. I'll probably get a bit more before the displacement. Open time looks pretty sparse for the next week or so....

I'm sorry bro...if this last bid was all vacancy, I'd be on the list. That's our business though.

Thanks for the thoughts ERJ....

No worries though. I kind of thought things would go south so I didn't change my life style or buy anything that would screw me financially. Just paying off debt with the extra bucks while I can. That helped.

Funny thing, my first end of month paycheck for captain was $300.00 less than my last FO paycheck. My second end of month paycheck was $100.00 less than my last FO paycheck. I did the math and it all looked correct.

I got minimum hours on reserve as CA, 75 hrs. As an FO, I got max hours, 90 hrs on average plus a lot more per diem from much higher time away from base (TAFB) pay.

The paycheck on the 15th doubled though. In the end, the difference in net pay for the month was about 500.00 more than FO. I expected all that to change as I gained seniority as captain and got more flight time and TAFB.

Oh well, that's the business we're in.

Several new captains reported the same thing. That's because we're all five year upgrades and the pay difference is not as significant as the previous upgrades for much more senior pilots.

None at least this time around. Also in other news 6 ATR's will be flown to MYR on Jan 12th. 3 from IGM 2 from DFW and 1 from MIA.

I am guessing once we find out about the fleet plan and how many 135/140/145s they are parking we will get a better picture. But at least according to this displacement, as of now no more furloughs. This can change in a matter of days though.

I asked today about Long Term Leaves of Absence. Rep said he would work on it but nothing concrete as of yet.

The company does not want to allow longevity while on a LOA.
