You must have been living under a rock for last 3 years.. Upgrade time 2 years? This was an exception with expansion on the Shuttle America and Republic sides between 2006-2008 .. If you are still CFIing and you still expect 2 year upgrades in a regional you are either living under a rock or you are suffering SJS.

Hawker,
I have a dog in this fight and I have seen the letters from the management to our business agent and the response from business agent to management. Unless I missed something, our BA agent basically said 'you are not telling the truth' to management..

Someone is definitely not telling the truth. Remember when this broke that Lynx would be integrated into the Republic certificate. Many from the RAH side had no idea and thought it was just talk. We have a timeline from the company for the process and it's quick. I don't have a recent update but our pilot union has been trying to reach your pilot union without any response for weeks now.

People on a BB can preach all they want how this is wrong but RAH owns Frontier/Lynx and can do whatever they want. If it is in violation of your contract to have us fenced off flying the Q out of Denver then where is the IBT?

I don't think you're on the top of their list as who to notify when they take action. We've just explained it a few times. The IBT has sent notice to the company over this issue and actions are being taken. Whether or not they succeed has yet to be seen but they are doing what they can.

He use to work at CHQ. Came here for the quick upgrade and because it was the only place that would hire him with his low time. Has sense moved onto delta and now spends his time bashing those still here.

You truly believe what you said is valid, don't you?....Grade A total F'ing MORON...

Hard to believe grown ass adults can honestly make and believe such ridiculous statements. Do you even understand what a job is?...Why you are paid for performing a job?...Do you know what those pieces a green paper you are traded for in return for a job performed represent?...

Do you understand what happens when individuals own their jobs and employees manage corporations?

People like you scare me.
