Any word on the language of trips drops, including trades/swaps? This isn't something we've heard anything about in the emails, yet extremely important concerning qol.

It certainly did. Do who do you blame more? The MEC's that left their "brothers" out in the cold? Or the MEC who listened to its pilot group and properly represented thier interests and rightly decided to put some pressure on this management to stop dragging thier feet?

I wouldn't have cared if the XJ and 9L MECs just stayed out of the fray, but to tell their members not to come out was a very low blow and one that we will not easily forget.

How about you just be quiet instead of trying to drive a larger wedge between us all. We may be right at the door of a TA and you want to stir up the "us vs them" battle cry again. Let's grow up a little bit and act like adults.

Don't worry... we'll remember all the Reps and their votes/actions when it comes time to get a joint group together. There are most definitely Pinnacle Reps that are going to be shown the door, just as there hopefully will be in regards to Mesaba and Colgan Reps.

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in the Colgan MEC Chair. Especially after all the praise he's lauded upon our MEC Chair. MS is a good guy, I know that, but to drop the ball on this... is just stunning.

You threw gas and lit the match. At least you didn't walk away.

We certainly cannot agree that it didn't hurt. You did substantial damage to your pilot group and probably a little bit of damage to your management. Blazing Saddles...brilliant!

MS and MN both showed leadership and outstanding judgement. The PAH pilots are better off for it. Still, your deal isn't done.

Maybe you ought to look who really dropped the ball and who really had your entire group's best interest at heart. Then maybe you ought to look at who has actually been delivering results over the last few (6) years. Then maybe you ought to understand how decisions got made. My guess is you'll be stunned, but not in the way you think.

Then maybe you should start looking forward...

Look, I have no problem with my brothers and sisters at Mesaba and Colgan. My beef is with your MEC. We will all be one big happy family soon and I'm looking forward to it. But the people on the XJ and 9L MECs are going to have to live with thier decision forever.

I think its funny that someone on the outside looking in wants us to "understand how decisions got made." Trust me, we know. Thanks for the advice chief, maybe you should take some time to follow the advice you are giving above.

It's clear from your writing that you don't...
