So quick question, interviewed with Mesaba on Tuesday, got a conditional offer. Received an official offer today for June 6th class date. Is my hire date Tuesday, Today, or June 6th. And does it really mean anything with the current arbitration and SLI?

Class date will be your DOH. Congrats and welcome.

He did advise it. How would you know it was "twisted words." Are you one of the 3 Colgan SLI members who were physically there, negotiating? I don't think so. Pinnacle released an internal memo on May 11, stating:
"This morning all 3 committee chairman participated in a conference call. All 3 mutually agreed that further negotiations would not elicit a negotiated agreement.
During the conference call, the Pinnacle Merger Committee Chairman emphasized the importance of moving forward and to integrate the strengths of our pilot groups so we can capture our synergies.
This afternoon we learned of the Colgan Merger Committee’s release of final positions to its pilot groups. This release countered the arbitrator’s final remarks during the hearing on March 31, 2011 "

Face it, Colgan released it just to play the victim card, and TONS of anti-Pinnacle threads started all over the internet, flightinfo, APC, ALPA forums, etc. The anti-Pinnacle sentiment does nothing to help unity. Also, Colgan only released the final stand views, not the negotiating viewpoints. And, they tried to make THEIR viewpoint sound the most "fair" , despite the fact that everyone knows it would screw over XJ and 9E guys when 2-3 year Colgan FOs start getting 4-6 year seniority equiavalent at 9E/XJ. IMO, that is the biggest windfall. At least the Pinnacle viewpoint, the category/class, Jet CA, Jet FO, Turboprop CA, Turboprop FO, has some industry merit based on previous arbitrator awards.
Colgan can cry all it wants, and yet again, I forecast that Colgan will be the first to release it, and most likely in a victim card.
