How is the training at this place? Is it a high wash out? I would hate to apply, then get hired, then quit my job and then not pass the training.

Then get stuck with the 25G bill

I got the call today and was told expect an email later today about what I need to bring for Friday. Well it's 7PM ET and no email. I'm going to ride down on a buddy pass if the loads are light, but nothing like no email. I know the gentleman I talked to was absolutely swamped with trying to take care of setting up interviews, so I don't think it will be a typical interview with HR and Tech prolly more like a let's get to know you. He said they want to start a class next week, and I replied that I just can't do that to my current job. He believes mgmt will realize that's not practical. Lets hope! I'm guessing training is all in house? I just don't understand how this will all work with such short notice.

Just called and got the email we also chatted for a few, this place does not sound like the old Gulfstream we all know. The reason for needing folks real bad....? Saabs are coming online and they need to send people to school asap. If you're ok with being docked $300 a month for your training then this is the place to go.

Old Gulfstream is 25K upfront for 250 hours only. This is $300 a month for a job with no max limits now there is the 5yr min if you don't want to get stuck with a big bill if your morals approve of it then its for you.

Did he happen to mention if they were hiring street captains. If not did he mention what the upgrade time was. Also did he mention what the pay was for a Captain.

My bad. so $300 a month for 5yrs (72 months) comes out to $21,600. Sounds much better.
