I saw they are posting mins of 250TT on their website. Does anyone know what they are hiring with to be competitive?

They hired someone with 240tt just recently.

PSA hired someone with 200, Eagle hired with 190. I know a girl that was hired by Spirit with 190 as well.

What is your logic exactly?
