The current "Seniority" list is a damn scam anyways. I really hope they throw it out.
Unless you think seniority means a guy 2 years your junior who took the job at a bottom-feeder prop outfit should be able to take your seat and kick you to the street while getting a pay raise in the process.

Don't forget about their upgrade too!!! Someone hired at the company while I was furloughed gets to upgrade and then gets to take my seat on the jet while I get sent to the street for a second time? Yea screw that, I hope they furlough by DOH, it's only fair. I was offered an interview for Colgan in 2008 and I didn't take it and then I got an email from them after I was furloughed and still didn't take it. I didn't go to Colgan for a reason, I have career expectations too!
But the purchase did happen so....
...You were recalled to fill shortages on the PCL side and to fill LGA Saab flying that was obtained through Colgan. If not for that, you would have never been recalled and most likely been integrated as an "inactive pilot" on the ISL (That means you go to the bottom). You were too cool for the MOU but many of your fellow pilots on furlough took the MOU and were given jobs to feed their kids and pay the bills.
Get off that high horse man, it isn't a good look for you.

you were furloughed at mesaba, right? Where would you be right now if pinnacle had not have purchased mesaba....yeah, still furloughed. All those saabs would have been gone with no new flying for mesaba. You would still be furloughed with more furloughs above you.

I took the MOU FYI, and maybe had the purchase not happened something else might have happened or maybe not. I came back and started flying 200s, cool. It still doesn't mean that I'm not ****ed about someone who was hired 2 months before I took the MOU got to upgrade to CA and will get to force me out into the street. Excuse me for being bitter about being on my 5th flying job in 6 years. I hope you enjoy your life.
I'm not blaming the pre-merger pinnacle pilots on this, I'm blaming the messed up seniority (if it can be called that) integration that happened afterwards. Colgan pilots got a windfall, I hope they enjoy it.
