They who? AMR or Skywest management? I'm all for more flying, though I hate to hurt pilots at Eagle.
I think management's desire to get this done is giving us some amount of leverage. Hopefully it will work out for the best.

Last I heard there was at least 1 ERJ class in May, but I don't know anything beyond that. Brad's update came out today and oddly enough mentioned nothing about hiring, unlike last month when he said we had three classes. I can ask around but at this point I don't know. I'm sure it's not going to continue at 3 classes per month in the short term, though.

To my knowledge classes have all been 16 pilots. Occasionally some are current employees coming off long term leaves of absence, so not necessarily all of the people in each class are new hires, but most are. There were three new hire classes in April for sure. I also know for sure that there are two upgrade classes in May. But I don't know about new hires this month. I'm asking.
If anyone reading this has a firm May class date at XJT, I'd like to hear it and what date you start.

No, but I don't think it's really high. Everyone in my class made it it through. We all bonded pretty well and worked together. We have "training gates" at different stages through the process. You get extra help and some extra chances if you bust one. From what I heard it's a "three strike" kind of thing.
Bottom line is that if you study and put in the work, there is no reason you shouldn't make it through the program.
