I admit the wording is confusing, but I meant, like compass we had flow back provisions, there were no flow backs to XJ. There were only a few dozen flow ups to NWA.

And they continue to do so. Look how few took the ELTLOA. How many of them are sitting on home collecting a pay check? 300 or so?

Pinnacle's BK was not caused by Delta pilots. Pinnacle filed for BK before Delta pilots current contract was even a proposed TA. Comair's announced fleet reduction was before 9E's BK.
So are you saying that everything on the TA was a suprise to Delta. I think not. Why do you think they asked to go to the table early. They knew for a long time what they wanted to do, but just couldn't announce it until the TA

It's closer to 50. Colgan didn't even have 300 captains, which are the only people who are waiting for training still.

When are people going to get it through their heads that ALL of 9E ( holdings, 9E, 9L, XJ) bankrupted 9E. MOVE ON.

Is there a CURRENT seniority list somewhere?

How about quit pointing fingers and accept the fact that everyone contributed in some way. It is a merged company, so EVERYONE was invovled. Some examples: 9E had a contract that was losing money, Phil had destroyed the companies financials, the stupid HQ move, many XJ managers went over before the BK ( May or may not have contributed, everyone views their performance differently), as well as brought over many high longevity pilots. None of those things helped the BK happen? Strictly Colgan, eh?
