Our management has already put the brakes on negotiating because they want to see how the Pinnacle TA turns out.

Note - I have friends at 9E still, I am not saying I would do the above but we all know there are people out there who will. Especially if your at one of the airlines that will be potentially hurt by this. Most likely XJT.

This +1, would not be surprised if they become the new black sheep ( Jumpseats etc.) to whomever's company pulls a "we need to be like Pinnacle."

Someone should start a thread titled:
"SkyWest getting MRJ's in a few years consequences for the mainline industry"
or
"Republic flying E190s for 37 bucks consequences for Airways/JetBlue"
The maturity level of this thread is a joke.

No do your research even though this contract sucks we will still not be the worst, or the lowest, and mismanagement is hardly the pilot groups fault why should they be out of a job so you can keep yours at whatever rate you have. Are you going to offer them a sport on your list that is comparable to equal pay and QOL if they fall on the sword for you.

When was the last time a regional airline pilot group voted no to pay cuts. I think it has been a long time or it's never happened. I don't think the Comair strike was over pay cuts, they wanted more improvements. Correct me if I am wrong but what I am getting at is concessions will keep coming down the pike as long as we keep voting yes on them. Management would be fools for not asking eager pilots willing to give back more and more.

Do whatever y'all want. Just don't come bit***** at the next regional about pay. Many yes voters are just shooting themselves in the foot but are too naive to notice. That probably explains why they stuck around and not jump ship like many already have. (Referring to the bottoms 65%) that'll be out of a job either way.

I'd have to agree. I think it's very, very poor taste to deny a jumpseat to a 9E pilot. It's a bad situation they're in. I understand why a senior guy would vote yes even though I can't wrap my head around why a junior guy wouldn't vote no. Either way, it's their vote and yes it will effect everyone else but to deny/threaten jumpseat privileges is disgraceful.
