Walking through the airport I rarely see other regionals covered in their mainline partners crap.
Oh in ATL we actually had people putting gold buttons on their jackets.

People Delta doesn't care if you have kids and you lose your job and can't feed them. Yet your a walking billboard for them and don't even work there.
Classic.
Well said.

+1 Tartan Army. Your post was the most realistic post I have read in a very long time.

That was asked for but ultimately not part of the TA. The pay maxes out at 12 years 87 for captain and 4 years 38 for fo. No pay raises for 2 years then 1% per year, per diem 1.70 for the entire contract, 7 years duration, no snap backs or increases post amendable. Loss of 1 week of vacation in 2014. If at any point (even after amendable) we negotiate for anything better Delta can cancel the guaranteed 81 airplanes in this agreement. These are just some of the lowlights. It was a fairly easy decision for my vote.

4 years and 38 for FOs. My goodness. Are you listening kids!?! That's not much left over after your monthly tuition bill. If you want to be a pilot take a Tylenol and rest for a bit, re-group and come up with another plan.

2nd year FO makes more at SKYW compared to a life long FO at PNCL.

Sad...SLC-BOI $410 on a 700...so even if if tha CA made $100/hr and the FO made $50/hr, each pax on a full (yes,I know the a/c isn't always full) flight would have to cough up roughly $3 bucks for both pilots for the hour flight.

What are you talking about iron clad? DELTA OWNS PINNACLE. THEY DONT HAVE TO HONOR ANY AGREEMENTS. Thats like saying you bought a house but still have a lanlord and have to follow their rules.

From the information I have and previous experience I would say 2-3 years.

The 900's 9E is getting are merely an easy fit and nice way to promote what they want. In 2015 9E will be an 81 airframe company. Once all the 200's are gone they will pull the 40 CRJ900's 9E received and send them somewhere cheaper. This leaves 40 airframes and only top earners left, in my opinion this will begin the final chapter for 9E.
