Beat those scales and then you can talk.
Expressjet is one dollar an hour more first year but same 2nd year and every year thereafter.

Republic is for the ninety seat jet which we can't operate due to United scope...Seventy to Seventy they are one dollar an hour less.

Comair...well we all know what is going to happen to them so disregard.

ASA....well we see what is happening to them so disregard.

That leaves Eagle and Horizon....wow two whole airlines are better, but the rest are less.

If I went to work for anyone else, I would be lowering the bar.

Oh and one last thing...we have a TA that is better than our current pay..putting us above everyone but Eagle and Horizon.

If you would have only voted YES.

Let me get something straight here; before I continue. I in no way support scabs or scab airlines. If GoJets stays in business for a couple of years, the current captains are going to have no problems in finding a job with a larger company.(i.e. AS,CO,SW, etc) What it boils down to is this; PIC time is PIC time. Companies do not really care where you get your PIC time. As long as you are a competitive candidate at the interview, no one really cares. Personally, I never even heard of GoJets until I joined this forum. In my eye's I do not view GoJet pilots as scabs!!!! With that being said, I would have no problem giving a GoJet pilot a ride. Although, I do not think a GoJet pilot wants to JS on my plane; unless, they intend to cross the pond. I am sure that I will get bashed for this post. Frankly, I could really care a less what others think. Just stating my honest opinion.

You keep forgetting about work rules, so quit comparing apples and oranges!!!! Also, any pilot on any one of those carriers can actually get a jumpseat...

.... yeah, but you still work for Hulas, so there is no denying you will still get screwed at some point- just like TSA did. It is kinda like marrying a girl that cheated on her husband with you...Do you really think it won't happen again? Good Luck with that!

how would you feel if CAL decided to create a second company to fly the 777 or 787 when they arrive because they didn't want to negociate anymore. you don't get to fly them unless you quit CAL for this new company. please don't come back with that can't happen at CAL.
