LXJT 70+ seat arbitration award

Does it say E175s (I doubt it). And this gives the ASA side even less incentive to get a joint contract. Why would we want their concessionary 70seat rate crammed down our throats? No thanks, separate is fine with me. I won't fly for one penny less.

So, there's a small squad of guys on the L-ASA side who have cush jobs running your pref-bidding on full ALPA paid trip loss. They have declared their lifestyles more important than the lives of 4000+ fellow pilots, and hold up the merger process like a bunch of selfish children. They are responsible for this.
They are like the Russian sub commander in The Hunt For Red October, blowing themselves up with their own torpedo. Thanks guys. Enjoy your fat time at home building those complex schedules with Flightline. So if we got that system at the fully merged company, you're telling me we would need almost 30 f-ing guys on full ALPA trip loss to run your system every month? L-XJT has 4 or 5 part timers. You guys are a disgrace. Shame.

From: It's a plane and it's a seat
Doesn't mention any aircraft type for pay only 41-50 seats and 51-90 seats. The only time it mentions an aircraft type is in maintaining a dual qualification which isn't allowed.

The L-ASA MEC may have not budged on certain issues but "blaming" them for these rates has little merit........... I think the XJT side saw an opportunity and know damn well without larger A/C the ERJ side would be cut in half in due time. They saw an opportunity and took advantage. It pretty much guarantees larger A/C will go to the "erj" side. At least they are winning the race to the bottom.
I kid when I say that, I stil think the rates are higher than the majority of large RJ rates.........

With all this talk about non-concessionary pay scales and work rules going into this contract, I'm shocked L-XJT reps agreed to something less than us. Didn't we have long discussions about adding to the pay scales and how you want the moon? What happened to the backbone?

Words of wisdom from the L-XJT MEC scheduling chairman.
Almost sounds like he's gloating about undercutting us in the middle of negotiations. Real classy group over there.
