Yeah, its human nature to protect your own interests. Rates overall aren't much different from ASA's 70 rates up until 9 years+ seniority. If anything this is kinda sorta a message that the payrates of the ultra senior are unsustainable. Heck by transferring 700s from ASA to Gojet Delta effectively took a senior ASA Captain making $98/hr and replaced him/her with an ASA furloughee who has now upgraded to captain making $70

They play the same game with the ground handling contracts to get around seniority. Same employees, different company, back to 1st year pay. Seniority at the regional level earns you a target on your back in this day and age.

Sounds right, with the new rates if you bid the large RJ you'll be paid $79.04

Pncl at year 11 is $85 and at 12 is $87. Higher paid than xjet. HA! So sad.

You do realize that a 20yr PNCL pilot is now stuck at year 12 at 87. While a 20yr guy at Express is at 107. That's a $20 difference genius. let me guess, you're one of PNCLs 85%'ers

You guys are delusional if you think more than half of the information on this thread is true.

Keep in mind that none of us would be in this position if a certain MEC would have agreed to third party neutral arbitration to decide which PBS vendor to use.
