What is the definition of a foreigner?

How do you know one? How can you ID one? What makes them stand out? What race are they? Color? Speech? etc..

Please help, I need to know, I have to know!! If I have one around me what should I do.

This is Bull. You need to understand the INS process in this country before you make this kind of claim.

A CFI (not even working for an airline) comes here and makes a claim that foreigners on visas are flying for US regional airlines. 7 pages and still going...

For those believing that, I want to announce a firesale:

A big red bridge in the San Francisco Bay Area. "It's a beautiful mother bridge" Price? A real bargain...

I had this very discussion with my FO flying the other day. We both thought it odd that Republic seem to have a large majority of foreign pilots because that's all we were hearing on the radio. Whats going on over there you guys hiring call center employees or what?

But in there defense, I don't blame them for fighting to get out of there situations over there and wanting to come here. My family did the same in the 1800's it's just a different wave of immigration now. Oh and my family was dirt poor also but ended up living American dream will see how this wave does.

Are you saying they do not have the legal right to work for this company. Or did Republic pay for them to have the right to work?

Next time you run into a foreign pilot - E-verify their behind - It's free.

p/s because you sound like a call center employee on the radio does not mean you are not AMERICAN.

My brother in law is Native American. He thinks we are all foreigners.

What gave it away they are foreign? Their use of proper ICAO radio terminology?! ( I kid, I kid).

Plenty of genuine Americans may have grown up in another country and have now settled in the States. I was one!

Ha, you line up and wait, but there's traffic holding in position.

LOL. Because everywhere that isn't the glorious US and A is an awful place to live? FYI your "call center"-sounding guys flying planes probably have extremely wealthy families and they're just doing it for fun. Nearly every type of student like that I encountered had a masters degree in engineering or an MBA and just chose to fly because they thought it was easy/entertaining.

Isn't it really as easy as if you're not a citizen?
