Time to start volunteering, but doing as little as possible, for a bunch of causes I don't care about just to get the checks in the box as a "qualified and capable" pilot.

*sarcasm over*. I'll let the adults have their conversation.

Never said its wasn't total BS just laying it out how it is, guess you didn't read any thing I had previous to say. In the end you have to jump the hoops to land the gig. It's just the name of the game with the Legacy's these days. Don't like it? don't apply. Ie cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen...

I'm sorry it didn't convey well. I read the thread and completely agree with you. I think it's BS. The SJWs make me laugh.

The whole volunteering thing is ridiculous. I'm a regional captain, so I don't get many days off as it is. I commute, and that eats an average of four of those days off per month. Plus I have a family that I need to remind what I look like on what few days off I do get at home. So, when the hell do I have time to volunteer?! I'm going to just count making my own dinner at my own home twice a month as 'volunteered in the soup kitchen'.

It all went downhill when "Human Resources" having so much say in the hiring process became a thing. Get those clowns out of the picture, and we'd only be better off for it.
