I'd be happy to discuss anything you like face to face then you wouldn't have to jump to erroneous conclusions.

I've been through airlines closing and BK too. The quality of life here is so much better than it used to be I'm thrilled. I wonder, why did you come here? This airline has grown 100% in two years yet you complain. There are 50 more coming and you complain. It isn't happening on your time table? I forgot....Me, me, me
Being a good employee has nothing to do with being a safe and proficient pilot. I've watched great people and good team players get buried because they weren't good pilots. It's an arbitrary stick to make the HR people feel better.

I couldn't care less about the time line. I'm here because Knoxville is cheap and I live in base. You forget the PLAN is for 50 more to come. We don't have the bodies for 50 more. We aren't getting the bodies for 50 more. Our doubled airline is shrinking fast. It's almost too late to not have a serious interruption. Oh wait the 700s are delayed again. (I'm happy for Envoy) You talk like the PLAN is set in stone. PSA doesn't own the aircraft or their facilities, AA does. They don't care about PSA. I mean we're really knocking down that 1000 pilots in 2 years thing. Parking the 200s is going to offset any aircraft that might come for a while, kiss your flow increase goodbye. You can call pointing out the truth complaining if it makes you feel better about your life choices. Or call it lashing out when people don't roll over and take your silly petty insults.

You call it positive, I call it wishful thinking. The next few moths are going to be interesting. I hope RAH pulls through cause they're the prey PSA is looking to slaughter. In the mean time almost every other regional is getting increases in compensation and pilots showing up. We are getting a rework of others Cadet program and a joke of a flow. Woohoo be positive.

You are being foolish if you don't think AA will ante up. There is no way PSA is going to fail. Again, not on your timeline. Mark my words. I will accept your apology when it happens. You can't be positive, not in your nature LOL To bad for you, life is so much better with a smile.

I remember what everyone was saying when the announcement was made for the original 30. PSA would fail. No way can they staff 30. They were wrong then and you are wrong now.

By the way, I said it takes more than being a good stick to be a professional pilot. You think it's just HR being a pain. I think they know more than you about what they want in an employee. How many pilots have you hired? LOL

Never said they wouldn't prove me wrong but they better do it soon. The current MO will not get us there. AA only cares about cheap feed. That is their only loyalty. You're a fool to think otherwise. The loyalty they showed PSA before was simply to undercut Envoy and keep the feed cheap. Ask them about AA loyalty and devotion. You say you've lived through these games but it doesn't seem like you've learned a thing.

There you go again.......... A corporation loyalty is to the stock holders. Cheap feed? Good for the stock holders. These airplanes are not here for you. They are here to make money. That is what businesses do. Shame on them for doing it well I guess? They should be loyal to you? You have done nothing but trash AA and PSA since you got on here. Go back and look at your posts.

I'm glad we agree that AA doesn't care about anything but cheap feed and their stock holders. The only way they make money on the planes is if they fly them. We are losing the bodies necessary to do that. We are delaying aircraft deliveries (again) that AA already owns and controls. Why aren't they stepping up to the plate to keep their "plan" moving if they love PSA so much? Because they aren't going to. They are going to go to those that staff first at the cheapest possible price second. We are certainly cheap but we have no pilots for "the plan." There are other operators that have the bodies and they're not too much more expensive, maybe cheaper. I don't fault you for being a pawn. You kept your job.
I never said they owed me anything but once again you have to try to make it about me. You're the one convinced that AA loves PSA and won't let them fail. Is this the bugs/daffy rabbit season/duck season conversation? Do you even comprehend what you write?

Yup, I've pointed out issues I have with the entire AA program and look what's happened. Our meteoric growth, quick upgrade and indusrty leading contract are all gone. Boy was I a fool.

I feel like he's trying to pull some weak Jedi mind trick. He's all singing about the AA love of and loyalty to PSA. Everything is all roses, despite what's actually happening. Despite what they did to Envoy. Then he tries to piggy back on my point that AA doesn't care about PSA but feed cost. He tries to turn it around like I'm the one spouting AAs love of PSA. Crazy pills. I guess that's what happens when you just want to make it to retirement and not rock the boat.

Given your time available here's an idea: Most food banks require drivers to go to the supermarkets to pick up their "donations". It doesn't take a lot of time and you can take the kids with you.

You only have to do it once a week/month or whatever you have time for. Believe me, I'm with you on the B.S. that is the "community service" requirement. The fact of the matter is if you want to work at certain airlines its just that...a REQUIREMENT.

Long ago and far, far away, airlines required 20/20 vision or a 737 type rating to get an interview, much less a job. Those requirements were just as B.S. as community service, but served to "cull the herd."

If you want the job, you have to jump through the hoop. Sorry.
It's definitely a "requirement" at Delta.
