Components of company's proposal to ENY MEC
-10 year duration
5 year amendment round must be cost neutral
-Fleet Guarantee includes 130 aircraft
-Pay Increases of 1% per year wage increase
-$10,000 Signing Bonus
-Eliminate Profit Sharing
-Pay Caps:
12/4 caps apply beginning with delivery of first EMB-175
Relief on caps if AA fails to flow through minimum number of pilots
-Per Diem increases:
Jan 1, 2015- $1.85
Jan 1, 2019- $1.90
Jan 1, 2021-$1.95
-Medical Contributions will increases:
2015-31%
2016-32%
2017-33%
2018-34%
2019-35%
-Flow Through:
824: Flow through minimum increased to 30 per month
Protected Pilots: Minimum raised to increase to 50% of AA classes
Pilots Hired after October, 2011 will have flow through rights

All protected pilots would have flow? Dammit. What are all the gotchas? This is the same garbage that leaked last time, and just like last time this one is probably missing a boatload of info.
Gotta love APC, anybody can make a throwaway handle and drop a flaming bag on the doorstep.
