This decision doesn't affect me at all, it does however affect you and your coworkers. It's sad you're so willing to throw away your career because you're angry at the company and unwilling to accept the economic reality of your situation. I sincerely hope that when it comes time to vote on this you consider the coworkers who you're screwing over so you can stick it to the man and make some pointless moral stand.

Be insulted and pizzed off. It helps the bargaining position at the table. Want proof?
Look at the original offer from Dec 19, 2013 and then look at how much it improved in the TA. It was obviously still a very crappy deal or it would have passed; but that improvement only came because the company sensed the determination and resolve of the pilots that their original offer was an insult. Want a better deal? remain insulted and angry.... at least publicly.
and for pete's sake, don't be discussing things like "well, I'd accept it if they did....." It just hampers our negotiators ability to demand more. We know they read these forums. Their union busters do nothing but negotiations all day, every day. They read these message boards like the tea leaves. Stop giving them information.
email your reps what you want/need in a deal. Chat about it in your crew room. Take the online survery we just sent out. Just don't be posting stuff here that hurts our collective efforts.
Great first post. Hi Jerry.

The tone of your post implies that you are trying to sway opinion towards a no vote. Or am I reading to much into it?

Cujo (Igou) I have no idea what your agenda is. I wish you'd just stay on talkairline with your little gaggle of followers. Your corpulence disgusts me, your lack of intelligent thought angers me, and the fact you're able to stay in office saddens me. At least when you were posting as Mason32 it was interesting, now you're just a run of the mill angry, bitter poster.

The reality of our situation is we are nothing but contract labor. Major airlines will find ways to outsource to the cheapest bidder, we can't stop that. Prospective pilots want to fly at a major and will go wherever an upgrade or flow exists, we can't change that. In the end we're left with two choices; play the game and accept substandard contracts to hopefully make it to a career job eventually, or refuse to play and quit the industry. Being obstinate and standing for an ideal that doesn't exist is folly.

If you do not think that the company is reading these threads daily and analyizing everything, then you sir are an idiot. You've obviously advanced to the point of flying an airliner, so I don't think you're an idiot. I do think you have your own agenda, and it isn't to help get our pilots the best deal possible.
Whining in public is like blood in the water to a shark for guys like Glass. You need to stop being weak in public.

My agenda is to get the best deal possible for our pilots that obtains a future that is both dignified and more secure. Yours is to whine and complain about everything.

Hell no to any pay freeze, pay cut, or reduction in compensation. I am worth more then this. Plus an increase in any flow will come with the market. We need to be fighting for increases, duty and trip rigs. Plus I hope nothing happens until the first of the year. Time we play on our time frame and on our terms.

I hope they do read this, I hope the pilots here are smart enough to quit listening to your misinformation (no one can staff, pilot shortage, everyone will be at a major in 5 years anyway, etc.) and vote in a deal to secure at least some future so guys at Envoy don't have to start over at another regional. You and Kyle have hurt us pretty significantly recently, I hope your damage can be undone.
I'd suggest you call and ask your reps before continuing to keep spreading inaccurate information.
The claims you are attributing to the union (or me) are not accurate, Not accurate at all.
How many road shows did you attend? Obviously none, or you'd know this already.
Time is on our side.
