There is no reason in this volatile industry to EVER sign a 10 year deal. You are chaining yourself to servitude if you allow such a long duration.

 

I've said multiple times that I'm done with the industry in December, you don't have to worry about me at AA or anywhere else for that matter. All the name calling and mudslinging in the world isn't going to change the fact that Envoy needs a deal to survive. The senior guys here are willing to burn the place down around them and ride their lifeboat over to AA. I understand the anger and frustration but I hope they look their FOs in the eye before they flow and apologize that their emotions forced their coworkers to the bottom of other regionals.

I know I for one would not do that to a colleague. Good luck, it seems like the same uneducated, emotional, bitter, antagonists are going to carry the day a second time.

 

Pncl took the easy money and crippled the whole regional industry. Their ranks were and are filled with GS/JU guys that thought a couple k was awesome. How many of those S Florida peeps are at Eagle?

 

This thread needs to be closed. It was started by someone who has only 1 post, probably glass himself. They're fishing to see how low someone may accept. Please don't publicly discuss on the internet a leaked hypothetical rumored proposal. Now is the time to contact your reps and get involved in the actual process. Please save the public internet debate until there is an actual agreement in place.

Comment about the deal all you want to your hearts content once an agreement is reached and they've inked their name on the line. Talk about it in your crew rooms, lunch table, and cockpits.... just don't put it out in public until something is signed. Email and call your reps, we are listening.

 

This is supposedly "leaked" TA is pretty much the same we voted NO to last time. Why vote yes this time? Have they reached their goal of mentally breaking you down? Really? Come on. Wake up. Open your eyes. Think big. They're coming back with the bone when you're most vulnerable and wan't a desperate YES out of you. For every day that passes More and more Envoy pilots are getting a better job offer at other Low cost carriers and Majors way sooner than this garbage TA will ever be comparable to. Envoy WILL have a pilot shortage/staffing problem BIG time. People are leaving Envoy left and right. Even this this crappy TA they don't even look back. We will not settle for less! PERIOD!
Today there is plenty of jobs out there and more to come with every day that goes by. Everyone will have a job, most likely under better circumstances than what you have now. EAGLE/envoy pilots are like ROCKS and NOTHING breaks us! SOLID NO x2700 !!
