The flow is a joke.. To work as a second rate laborer for the same amount of time.. Bull****.. I'm one of them , I'm getting out.. This job doesn't pay enough.. I love to fly... But I can be a part time cfi.. Fly,.... And still have a life.. Overnight in buffalo is not my idea of fun.

It could be much worse...ever seen some of those Midwest overnights other regionals do? The pay is decent in the left seat for what we do...especially when we are short CAs. It will pay off to hang in there...trust me 😃
