PSA didn't look great 2.5 years ago, but 2 to 1.5 years ago it was the place to go.

Envoy doesn't look great now, but it can easily be the place to go in 1.5 years.

Plenty of data to back up my claim

I am amused by knowing you think you are more informed and intelligent than the collective wisdom of that poll, as well as by the hope and trust you place in Doug Parker. I have nothing against "the flow" and hope it works out for you.

The guy who created his APC account in 2011 but has all of 11 posts mentioned "stability". Anyone looking for "stability" is wise not to go looking for it in an airline that has gone bankrupt multiple times. Thinking "this time it will be different" is nothing more or less than a gamble (much like trusting in the promise of AA mgmt).

If stability is high on your list of priorities, you cannot beat nor find a better airline than one that has been in business for over 4 decades, has never gone bankrupt, nor furloughed a single pilot in spite of all the turmoil this industry has gone through. There are only two of them. Southwest and Skywest. And I don't work for either so I have no personal interest in promoting them, unlike the Envoy (formerly American Eagle) guys breathlessly promoting their airline because they desperately need new hires in order for their promised flow to work.

Ain't that the truth. At least at PSA we give out the facts rather than pretending it's rainbows and unicorns.

I'm laughing because pretty much every person on the face of the planet thinks the same way most posters on here are. If you go back in time not too long ago, there are many regionals today (and majors for that matter) that were where those who couldn't hack it at the better carriers went.

Anyone here realize Delta in the 80's was where those who couldn't get hired at United, US Air, or American went? Gasp, yes, it's true. SWA same thing. UPS/FedEx, WAY below industry average.

Look at where Piedmont was even just two years ago. Or CommutAir. Comair at one point was on top of the game, highest paid company of its type out there. XJT was a great company, growing fast, quick upgrades, great contract. Now they have eight year F/Os and are parking airplanes left and right.

Compared to where envoy was last year at this time, it is unicorns and rainbows. Same could be said for PSA over the past 2 years or so. Only recently did people there start to complain.

I find it flattering that someone who works for Skywest dedicates so much of his time and nearly all his posts to Envoy. Really, all of us at Envoy thank you for your never ending attention.

In all my time here I have never so much as clicked on a Skywest thread let alone posted about them. Skywest doesn't matter to me, and I don't even think about them.

But this guy really cares for Envoy. In a really big way evidently. It is very flattering....it just goes to show how we are on the right track that "concerned" pilots from other Regionals feel the need to check in on Envoy daily. And in certain people's cases, they check in hourly. That's great! Keep it up!

Just don't let all these Envoy posts take away from time you could be spending attending job fairs and doing whatever it is you need to do to secure that elusive mainline job. Good luck with that!

Total tripe and rubbish.

None of the other pilots at the various regionals start thread after thread about their company, littering the board with their nonsense.

You Envoy folk have been BEGGING for the attention, and now complain when you get the kind you don't like.

It's as laughable as trusting a Doug Parker scheme.

^Thats awesome! Keep going...we really are flattered! Your time would be better spent applying to mainline, networking, paying the big bucks to attend job fairs...you know, all the things Envoy/PSA/PDT guys don't have to worry about.

But hey! It's your life...spend it as you choose! Thank you again for all this attention!
