You are full of crap if you think & believe the are not losing 90+. HR counts the number who cancel/no show for class. The ones that turn down class at the last second. So call HR and get facts. The union can’t even negotiate starting monthly pay for new hires above $1000/mth, don’t believe those numbers.

Here is what you posted:
Last I heard those probationary new hires are leaving and filling classes at JetBlue, Spirit, & Frontier too.
How long do you keep up this charade?

Since when did people not showing up for class count as losing First Officers? That may be one of the strangest things I’ve ever read from a supposed airline pilot. If they’re not on the seniority list, they weren’t “lost” and they certainly aren’t a “probationary first officer,” as you referred to them, and they absolutely are not filling classes at JB, Spirit, & Frontier - as you stated. RPA is losing less than 20 first year FOs per month.

Which turned into something to include people who turn down class dates. 🤣🤣🤣

"JB and others", yeah that's everywhere, so that part is true!
Of the FO's that left in May, 14 were probationary. That'd be 1.3% of the probationary FO's. Not sure I'd agree with the label "droves" for this.
Only one of those was hired in 2022, that could have been a training issue.
Majority of departures were Capt's moving on to greener pastures, simple career progression.
We'll see what June brings, that chart hasn't been published yet that I can see.
