You are full of crap if you think & believe the are not losing 90+. HR counts the number who cancel/no show for class. The ones that turn down class at the last second. So call HR and get facts. The union can’t even negotiate starting monthly pay for new hires above $1000/mth, don’t believe those numbers.

What are you talking about? First month pay was an $1800 stipend, plus $1000 if you count the bonus. I mean, it's not the min guarantee, but it's well more than $1000.

Canceling class dates or turning down class dates is not losing 90+ from a seniority. This is so basic I don’t even know what to say at this point.

Since when did people not showing up for class count as losing First Officers? That may be one of the strangest things I’ve ever read from a supposed airline pilot. If they’re not on the seniority list, they weren’t “lost” and they certainly aren’t a “probationary first officer,” as you referred to them, and they absolutely are not filling classes at JB, Spirit, & Frontier - as you stated. RPA is losing less than 20 first year FOs per month.

Here is what you posted:

Last I heard those probationary new hires are leaving and filling classes at JetBlue, Spirit, & Frontier too.
Which turned into something to include people who turn down class dates. 🤣🤣🤣

How long do you keep up this charade?

Probationary F/O’s are leaving to JB and others in DROVES! On top of the “no shows” to training (that are going to AA WO). Now Air Wisconsin is making 60/hr

No, they aren’t. This is an absolute fabrication. Less than 20 per month total on average, and very very few, if any, to JB.

"JB and others", yeah that's everywhere, so that part is true!

Of the FO's that left in May, 14 were probationary. That'd be 1.3% of the probationary FO's. Not sure I'd agree with the label "droves" for this.
Only one of those was hired in 2022, that could have been a training issue.
Majority of departures were Capt's moving on to greener pastures, simple career progression.

We'll see what June brings, that chart hasn't been published yet that I can see.

Tell me you don’t understand the RLA, without telling me you don’t understand the RLA.
