11 days off per CBA. You will NOT get more. The previous poster must have miscounted a 30 day bid month.
RSV times are fluid and base specific. I'd expect them to increase drastically with CHQ pilots moving over to RW. That said, I think S5 RSV could be stable, but with no movement off the certificate they could stagnate again.
So I'd plan on 6 months or more. RSV here sucks unimaginably, especially if you don't commute.
Rick Dubinsky just gave the company unlimited 16hr days for RSV pilots in the new TA. You better hope the 117 rules still count RAP as duty in the future...

To add though I'd agree that S5 seems fairly stable and if you get into and are ok with staying at a junior base like LGA or CMH, you could hold a line quickly. 3 months out of IOE and i'd have a line in LGA if I stayed. Couldn't pass on driving to ORD instead.

Q400 senior FOs are all June 2012 hires. With the current shrinking of Chautauqua, upgrades here will continue to be 6-7 years. If you got hired on the Q today, you would have to wait until the senior FOs upgrade before you would see movement. You will end up as a junior reserve pilot until then. Make sense?

Q new hires may bid into the 170 after two years. So it'd be at least two years for any meaningful movement.
