I don't think any interviewed. Kind of like going to an interview to work on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. The MSL and arbitration award was set aside by the company and hired off the street. Expect a mess to come out of it.

I'm gonna re-iterate this so it's very clear: If you're on first year FO pay on reserve making guarantee with a wife and kid(s) on your health insurance, your net pay will be $425 every two weeks.

Mine is about $1400-$1500 a month on first yr pay after $325 of health insurance and PLUS other deductions. That's $1400 NET. Definitely not the best, but far from the worst and pretty standard for first yr pay at a regional.
It's the year 2 and up FO pay that is really lacking here.
