Yet they won't call me back because I only have 80 multi. I'm not saying I'm entitled, there are other options for me. But if they're that hard up for pilots, lowering their multi mins to 50 would help a little bit. Blah, blah, insurance, I know.

They just had a new hire class of 10-12 (depends on who you hear it from) 100% no show for the first day of Q class. They are desperate for new hires but luckily most people out there aren't stupid enough to come into our mess. Stay FAR away from this Sh!tshow of an operation!

The training program is a mess at RAH as well, especially having a majority of the FSI "Q" instructors having ZERO-time in the airplane. The PM failed his oral, and doesn't have the first clue about how a 121 operation works. In their infinite wisdom the person that is "qualifying" the FSI instructors has ZERO time in the left-seat of anything bigger than a Seminole and hasn't flown anything in almost 4 years, has a little over a year TOTAL instructor experience and ZERO in model...Doesn't know her A** from a hole in the ground about flying a Q400...So, good luck to you guys in STL...They have shotgunned that program, and the end product you get will be a reflection of that. They do have a LOT of good people there at FSI STL, but theie 121/RAH program (especially the Q) is a train wreck
