I was offered the Q for oct10 and chq oct 23. Hiring priority is in that order with ejets being last and not likely this month. Buddy got called 2 weeks earlier and managed a October 1 republic 170 though.

What's the deal with turning down a class? 3 times? Would your situation count as 2 if you turned down both?

I can kinda see their point. If you interviewed with them, you want a job. If they offer you a job, they expect you to take it. I heard they give you a courtesy 3 chances too, but remember, they are trying to run a business and need to hire you (and presumably you want to work there since you interviewed). I was offered a short notice class (called friday at 330pm for a monday class) but turned it down. Was called a few days later with the class that I wanted.

Seems like they can't get very many that want the Q. They are starting to push hiring into it by having Q specific interview days. When I interviewed there they gave out free Q shirts and pens. We were told that they needed another 10 guys for the October 10th class and if successful that would be the one we were in. I was called the next day and was offered the Oct 10th class. Told them it was too soon and they advised me that I could go to the next Q class only. I thanked them for the opportunity but I have better options for me then the Q based in PIT or EWR.

Yup. I interviewed on 12 Sept and they were slightly pushing the Q but on the whiteboard, they only wrote one "Q" class (for the month of sept) and one CHQ.
There wasnt mention of classes later in the year, but I think it was because they were really trying to fill those Sept classes.
