Same as previously. They may have an easier time when the word gets out about becoming a pure E-jet fleet. We have no growth, just replacement of airframe types that had become unattractive to youngsters with a choice in preference.

So that will fix the equipment problem, but it won't fix the low morale and long upgrade time given the fact that CHQ is shrinking. Those two things have made me second guess why I chose this place.

But we're here and that's all they care about. Management is doing a balancing act right now. They say they need pilots badly but have deemed it financially feasible to keep pay low and attract applicants through other venues.

If you can make out better elsewhere, go for it. Current movement in in the vicinity of 15-20 per month so you can see how long it will take you to work your way through half the list of 2200. Factor a couple hundred guys who hold out or don't upgrade you're looking at 4-5.5 years.

Do whatever is best for you...

I appreciate the advice, but you have to realize that I'm only 5 months into a 24 month $20,000 contract. I now see why RAH makes their new hires sign it. What's best for me is to put up with this BS till I can leave without going into debt. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have never agreed to work here and went elsewhere. That's what would have been best for me.....

Did you not heed all the warnings about Reverend Bedford and RAH jail?

I'm sorry you already feel that way 5 months in. Take it to heart people... Don't come to RAH.

God Bless.

I don't see them getting to strike anytime soon, because the NMB will never release them. Hope their flying the contract and nothing else.

Is the interview process that difficult to the point where they are supposedly turning away 90% of the candidates?
