Can any Republic guys verify the post? If it is true, that is a pretty sh!+¥ move by management.
There is no way in hell that can be true. It's obviously some more FAIL being dished up by the toonsters.
Clown alert! Clown alert! Go back to the circus in Denver son.

Just based on that, I'd say that this email never happened. republic is not bleeding people. They are meeting their targets for expansion hiring. If they were having trouble with people, they would have a higher target.

Is that the reason why they offered override pay to q pilots? They wanted to hire 700 for 2013, so far they hired 400+. The entire net gain of the pilot group is +40 for 2013

Republic did write the email not to hire any of their pilots, union just sent out the vote with a part of it. so come to republic and your going to be stuck here making less then 300

You really are a petulant child. Looks like the toonsters got clowned. No Airbus seat for you!

Thanks though, I got the email. Oh well, on to the other interviews. Good luck to everyone there, and going there.

Outside of some of the lifers, no one really cared about an Airbus seat. If I wanted to work for a profitable ULCC, I'd be knocking on Spirit's door. I think most of us are happy this little experiment is over.

If I was interviewing I would pick Spirit over F9 any day of the week.

Changing the topic slightly...just curious if anyone out there has been offered a November class date yet.

I can't verify it, but RJET management is famous for such reprehensible actions.

There is a union conference call tomorrow, and I'd expect an explanation at that time.
