Most junior IND FO is 7/16 hire. EWR LGA DCA out of training mostly, all subject to change when we start taking new deliveries.

EWR, LGA and DCA lately. But some are even able to change bases prior to finishing IOE. You'll end up in virtually any base you want within 6-9 months, although your time on reserve will vary base to base.

Engine, landing gear, wing, horizontal stab, overwing exits; the list is fairly extensive. It's a common type, but it does not fly like a 170/175

Haven't heard anymore rumors about IAH opening. Don't see it opening anytime soon. Go to mesa if you want Houston.

I don't care how badly someone wants Houston. Mesa is never the answer. They simply will not be able to staff those new airplanes. It doesn't sound like pay is going to be fixed there.

They definitely won't be able to staff those planes when we open IAH in a few months.

That's why I think it would be republics single best recruiting method, so it won't happen probably.
