Looks like Ch 11 is going to continue for a little while longer...

It's a paid site, but you can read enough to see that things didn't go well in court yesterday:

Judge Lane's quoted statement looks like he agrees with Republic on this objection. Looks like the March 16th hearing will clear this up one way of the other.

For now until AAG decides to move flying around again. It's the AAG cycle.

You'll get ORD quickly at skw on either the CRJ or the ERJ. I would definitely go CRJ cuz theres currently no reserve, I was on reserve for like a month. If you go ERJ you'll sit reserve for a year, and that likely won't change for the foreseeable future.

Is this the same Bankruptcy that was supposed to be a done deal in January ?

Obviously you haven't been in the airline industry long, bankruptcies always go longer than first planned. A lot of moving parts.
