Quote: So once again PSA post a loss in the crew column. 16 pilots have left PSA since the last bid. That includes at least 2 pilots that were new hires this year. The seniority decreased by 6 again with 10 new hires on the list that means a total loss of 16.

So for any potential new hires buying into the propaganda ads here on APC, don't be fooled. You will not upgrade if PSA can't even keep the FOs they have. There is no growth without new pilots.
This ship is sinking and Doug and Dion are on deck rearranging the chairs
Crazy thing is that they are coming to Endeavor. Over 60 again in class for march.

The only reason that's happening is that $23,000 bonus. Parker will figure it out eventually.

I personally wouldn't be looking to go elsewhere unless I was hired at PSA in 2016. I think it may be worth sticking out 2016 to see what happens in the industry. If things get worse here or show no signs of improving, bail. But I think the chances of them getting better again are good. It has yet to be seen what Parker plans to do about truly solving the staffing issues at ALL of the wholly owneds. And from an American recruiters mouth to my ears, "It is appearing more and more likely that the legacies will be taking back the 76 seat flying. And our training program is already running full tilt, so the pilots will have to come from somewhere". Take that for what you will. It could be his speculation, or it be based in some fact.

23k bonus
Commutable hub bases
100% deadhead pay
150% Opentime pay
All line credit above 85hrs is 150%

This is just the stuff on APC

What's min day at endeavor, I'm willing to be there's no carve outs
Reserve pay? Do they even have airport reserve?
What about commuter hotels?

Forget about the additional 23K, those items alone you mentioned would equal a ~10%-15% pay raise if added to PSA's CBA in the form of a LOA.

Someone posted that a new hire could hold CLT in one year. Just be clear that is reserve in CLT. I have been here almost 10 months and am 50-60 away from round 1 and I'm sure there are FOs at other bases that will come in above me once they can hold a line. With the current stagnation - don't come to PDA if you are expecting to hold a line for CLT for probably close to two years unless of course Doug and Dion decide to assist PSA in being successful. Holding my breath - NOT. I'll give them the townhall to change my mind and then it's time to bid them good bye
