29/7 needs to go away as that hurst me. I would rather make my hours in fewer days than have to work more days for the same hours. When I come to work let's fly and not sit in MSP for 30 hours. I'd take three 25 hour four days every single month. Drop 29/7, increase daily guarantee, and make them build efficient trips.Originally Posted by A320ULCC
I agree, many of our pairings are inefficient. I thought that NKS wanted Pref bid, ability to reassign, not allow reserves to drop, get rid of transition, get rid of 29 hr limit.....These all seem like things to make it easier to fly us like a regional and max us out to the most extent possible.
