Aren't you glad you donated PTO to him when the company refused to pay him when he was out with cancer. Looks like he brought it with him when he came back.

I actually expect them to give the dispatchers a few shiny, pretty things at first just to "show the pilots and F/A's that not having a union is the smart thing to do". Then when that mileage plays out they will bend them over and give it to them hard!
