Just pointing out we are not getting a raise, just a larger bonus this year!

And you can bet if financials had been poor and pushed us into a lower pay band the company would not hesitate to implement the new pay cuts.....the company propaganda spin is they are giving us a raise in reality as G4FO points out it's merely a function of our current agreement with pay tied to company financial performance.

And just to put into perspective....if they gave every pilot (just for sake of argument to keep the math simple) a $3,000/mo. raise the profit would have dropped from $64MM to maybe $60MM - not exactly financial ruin.

Just for the sake of argument you are entitled to nothing.

You only get what you negotiate and/or strike for. We are ready to do both. Thanks for the words of encouragement though.

Agreed and I hope you are very successful. But let's not resort to welfare with our entitlement philosophies.

Default 757 engine problem

(Bump)

So yet another engine problem leads to a gate return. This time a 757. How many returns have there been in 2015?

Was there ever a decision as to whether the courts agreed to your right to strike on status quo?

In addition, how did the meeting with the nmb go? Wasn't that supposed to take place this week?

Not a gate return, an air divert: Engine problem forces Allegiant flight back to Las Vegas | Las Vegas Review-Journal

Never mind all the other events I have heard about that happened this week and didn't make the news.
